Sam is available for private or group guitar lessons.
Instrumental by nature, he writes beautiful lyrics as well. Sam spent years working as a flat-picking guitarist in bluegrass bands where he played guitar and sang because no one else in the band wanted to. Really, they didn’t want to. He performs a few cover tunes, but always makes them his own. Most of what Sam plays is original, and he is not above telling a good story that will make you laugh at the same time. Sam performed at the Healdsburg Guitar Festival in Santa Rosa in August, 2013 and the Sebastopol Guitar Festival January, 2015 and 2016.
